Our Line-X guy here is a little doubtful about the effectiveness on a wood, porous, floor. He’s afraid that with any movement the liner will shift slightly causing cracks and thereby letting the urine soak in. Once in, the Line-X will tend to hold it in not allowing it to dry out. Any way that you can eliminate the tongue and groove part so you have some slots between the boards to allow for drainage?

Thank you very much for your input! I might have been blue to eliminate the to give and groove,my it hubby called this Am to say it’s on order:(

Best I can do now, is to relay your comments to him. Stretching and cracking was something neither of us have thought of.

Thanks again for your thoughtfulness, it is very much appreciated:)
