Hi Cecil! Moved last October. Arnold is down near Tryon with my new trainer Julio Mendoza. Arnold will debut at Prix St. George this weekend. No state tax on my Federal and Navy pensions in North Carolina. The move was a no-brainer. And we don’t have “block commissars” down here!
