I seriously question the 6000 lb weight number. I think it would be more like 6800 or even 7 BEFORE the additions. Figure the additions at 250 lbs/ft and your weight adds up quickly. This is all before horses. Some of the new 1/2T trucks probably have enough beef to handle a small GN but that means a new truck. And the still may have the stability to stop the darn thing.

Thanks. I am passing and now jumping on the market for new truck. I guess I’ll just have to camp out or do hotels. Glad there’s people out there though that know way more than I do about this!
