I’m 2014 I feed leased 3 mares to a friend of mine as we were having a hard time at the time and didn’t know if we could afford them. There was no written agreement at all it was all verbal. The agreement was if you feed these three mares you can keep the babies. We transferred the papers in to my friends name so it would be easier to get the baby registered. Now she has given us two of our three mares back and states that we agreed she could keep this their horse and she isn’t giving her back. Any advice on what I should do or how I should go about doing it.
