I know you are looking for a H/J but I would look at the USEA eventing for a packer. One who is stepping down the levels. If they have evented to Prelim they have been all over the place or even a training level packer. They can still jump and have a solid dressage foundation. We have had 2 are they can teach a ton correctly. Normally not reactive and the prices are lower too… If you want to see if a pro might know of something I think Gina Miles is still in Cal…
