Hi there! I just saw your message. I absolutely love my EBY! It is so well made and when I take it there for routine service, they will often do upgrades or replacement items for free. On one visit, they replaced the ramp mat for free because they are using a different one that they feel is better quality. I looked at trailers for about 3 years and I am so glad that I decided on it.
