do you know how the conditions are at Coto de Caza for boarding and turnout? It seems a bit run down to me.

Hi, sorry I’m just seeing your post. I don’t log in here hardly at all anymore. I haven’t been down to Coto’s barn in a long time. I had heard there was some community fight going on regarding tearing one of the barns down for some reason or another. Not related to the construction, more about the non-horsey residents wanting the space for something else.
My next door neighbor (well my horse’s next door neighbor) runs OC Polo and they were playing out of Coto until their new place was built out in Silverado Canyon. Don’t know about turnout there.i can always ask her next time I see her.
Are you looking primarily on South County? Is there a type of barn you’re looking for? Training for specific discipline, trails, etc? Let me know what you’re looking for and I will try to point you in the right direction. If I don’t know, I can ask one of my friends.
