I live near Apex and we are getting run out by developers. I’d love to live near Chapel Hill and see that you live there. I was wondering if you have a farm and or know of a place to board. I really like to find a house with 5 acres but so far its not happening. I have four horses , two retired and two for riding. I looked at the web site of the realtor you suggested but she doesn’t have anything and I didn’t want to go north of 40/85.

Hi Vicky,
I would definitely call Patricia. She knows everyone and sells a TON of farms, and even if she doesn’t have something listed, she may be able to help you find something. I’m not as useful for boarding, but she may have some ideas on that as well.
