Hello, I saw some of your arena footing postings. I was wondering if you know if the shredded rubber is considered hazardous? We are about to buy a farm with Polyflex(?) rubber footing from about the year 2000. it has fairly large chunks in it. Does not currently have any odor. I would be OK using it, but I worry about resale. Thanks!
