Not Elsevier, but another publisher in the same industry, Taylor & Francis Group. T&F is based in the UK but we have large offices in Philadelphia and New York City. Philadelphia is a popular place for publishing! Does your son live in the city? I’m right next to Independence Hall in Old City and I love it, even though it’s a long commute from our farm in upper Bucks County.
