Thanks for the support and guidance. You’re right - I need help. The limitations in my search are my time and my naivety, not each one dollar of my budget, so hiring an agent makes sense. Do you mind sharing the information of the agent you recommend?

Jane Casselman is the individual I would recommend in Ontario. She has a very good eye, and is well connected. Jane has few horses onsite, but will search out the animal you want. If Jane says she has something you should try, I would get on a plane. Be very honest with her in terms of your budget, goals and current riding skills. She will work with you, but will tolerate no lies, or misrepresentation.
