regarding the iphone… you can put it into call forwarding mode to your cell or whatever phone…then leave the company phone at work or on your desk at home
When I had a company phone as was told to have on me 24/7 I was able to get that nonsense stopped by calling my supervisor at 2AM asking them if it was OK for me to drive to Houston this morning …
