Hi there. Talk to your vet about options; but chronically unsound horses do not have any quality of life unless you’re prepared to sink the money into them indefinitely. Passing them onto another home, unless it is with a trusted friend nearby, where you can visit regularly, isn’t worth it. You’ll never know how they will end up. Euthanasia (ideally at a vet hospital where they can easily dispose of the body/use it for teaching) is your only way to guarantee a peaceful end of life. Good luck.
