I am considering a move from the Houston area to NC, somewhere around Charlotte.
I have bad allergies to mould and mildew, so Houston has been tough. Plus I have horses that don’t tolerate the heat well. I live on 5 acreas and want to find something comparable with a not too terrible commute to a big airport. I ride dressage, so finding a couple of upper level trainers, a good Vet is important.
I don’t want to be near the coast due to my allergies and fear of proximity to hurricanes. Just wanting to find a milder climate near ( an hour)an airport for work. Also not looking to board. I want my own small farm. Horsey neighbors would be so nice too. Does it exist there under a million?
