If anyone is thinking of buying a barn kit from DC Structures or DC Builders, my recommendation is that they deceptively advertise their kits. I live in NY and spent $38,000 on the design of a kit, it neither passed my local building or fire codes and DC would not refund my money. Stay away from them.
