Thanks to those who tried to help. I was buying Insurgence from Steve Branstetter when I got wiped out by rustlers and crooked law enforcement in 2010. He got shipped back to Kentucky, which saved his life. The rustlers would have killed him, as they did about 45 other horses. I only put a stop to attempts at killing my horses about a month ago. I have written to Mike Risner, who owned him in Oklahoma. His number was disconnected.
