Hello, I’m shopping for a new slant load trailer to fit my 17.2hh long bodied warmbloods. You mentioned that you own one that fits yours. Do you know the length and width of the stalls? Do they have mangers? I would LOVE to get one with mangers for the storage options, but not at the expense of my horses health. Thanks for any info you can share!

Hello! We went with a Trails West Classic II three horse warmblood sized trailer (7’6" tall plus the upgraded axels). We have drafts who don’t even pretend to fit in a standard slant. I avoid mangers as I like the horses to be able to drop their heads and clear their throats, though it does have spots to add snap-on corner feeders. Mangers with storage are an option, but I don’t know the dimentions.

Hopefully this link works: http://trailswesttrailers.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/3-Horse-Bumper-Pull-Warmblood-3.png that should give you the dimentions, but here they are in plain text: stalls are 47" at the body of the trailer and 35" between dividers. The diagonal length corner to corner is 134" and interior width is 84" across. We really like it and it travels well. The tack room is pretty roomy. The swing out saddle and blanket racks are fantastic and they have lots of room for bridles and other tack too.

If you only need a two horse they do have a very nice warmblood straight load too with the Royale. One of my clients has one.

Let me know if you have more questions!
