I have two rooms from September 10 -23, each with 2 queen beds, they are telling me $295 per night with the AAA discount (cheap to purchase if you don’t have it). I have a third room but that might be taken for part of those days (I think the first week) and will know in a few hours.
He said I can transfer the reservation to someone else, and they are asking that the rooms be paid by September 1 or they will release them.

I have a third room that another friend is using from September 11-17. You are welcome to that third room from the 17th to the 23rd as well, just let me know if you want them :).
Is that $295 per room?
