I’ve seen a number of your posts, and it appears that you too have had a very bad experience. My “girls” were severely burned by this garbage, and there was no need. Something has changed in their formula - I had previously used this product on 4 different horses in the last 10 years with no issue. NOW, I’ve got two mares with severe burns in their mouth and I’m assuming all the way down the digestive tract. I have found numerous posts you have provided regarding the chemical reaction of ZG + water. I am 48 hours into this debacle… both mares were given wedgewood antihistimine/steroid. However after reading the different threads, I am very concerned about that which I cannot see (ie the rest of the digestive tract). My vet is on board, and has never seen this reaction… If you are still interested in pursuing these guys…would appreciate help… am new to COTH
