Anybody ride endurance on here? I’m new to the sport, and I just had my first competition the last weekend. My horse did amazing, but I found myself tiring by the 10th mile and afterward I felt so exhausted. For breakfast I only ate a banana, and didn’t eat during the ride, so I’m sure that’s it. Anybody recommend a good breakfast to start you off fast? Any good snacks to keep you going? Is there any workouts I could do to build on my endurance or stamina? I really want to figure this out before my next ride. Thanks !
