Hey, i saw an old post about mutton withered horses and grippy pads. I have a new guy who is mutton withered and i can’t get on from the ground unless i use a grippy shelf liner under the saddle or a neoprene pad. i am not sure if these are a good idea, but i just don’t want the saddles slipping to the side if i canter or gallop. I have a Bob Marshall and i have a wintec Pro endurance. What ended up working for you?
