RE: run in shed. Whatever you do, do NOT hire “My Florida Builders” to do your work, or anything run by Sazi COnstruction , Tevel David. He took my money, never applied for the permit, and did not renew his county license the next week. I should sue him, but… perhaps not worth the effort.
I would up getting the permit myself, and then looking for a builder.
I finally found Mark Schwebel, poughkid@aol.com. He did a wonderful job. He is out of Morriston. He usually builds bug barns and had a short opening in his schedule.
