I need some input from people who currently lease or have leased a barn facility for horse training.
Ive got a 17 stall barn with covered arena and outdoor pasture area that I’ve been asked if I wanted to lease out to a trainer.
I’ve not ever leased out a facility before and I’m not sure the typical fee one would charge or how to draw up a contract that protects our interests financially.
Any feedback from those who are leasing a facility or who have would be great!
