I saw your post looking for a clinician. I am located in Northern California and teach dressage. My students have also included event and jumping riders as well as western riders. I am not sure if I would be the right fit for you but I charge $85 a lesson (plus travel if located outside my normal area) and am happy to stack a day of lessons into a clinic format.
