Where are you located, and can you be a little clearer on what exactly you are looking for? I know of a breeder in northern California with a couple of Trakehner cross babies in that price range. I also have some connections in Europe & Mexico which I am happy to share with you. I sat on several at Thermal last week that meet your specs below.

If your budget is low fives ($25,000 USD and under) I do not think it makes sense to import from Europe. Mexico or Canada are safer options financially. If your budget is $50,000 USD, then Europe makes sense as long as you have a good contact (and realize that Europeans know exactly what the American hunter market is looking for, and they upcharge accordingly).
