I once boarded at a Saddlebred farm where the trainer wouldn’t let the horses in training be turned out. I left after I saw him beating on horses because I couldn’t deal with the thought of my board money being used to pay someone to beat horses. My guys are out 24/7 unless the weather is dangerous. They are the most relaxed horses I have ever known and injuries are extremely rare. Horses that are allowed to be horses are healthy and happy.
