Hi, I see you on the forum a lot and couldn’t figure out how to post so thought I would try to message you. My 10 yr old maiden mare was bred 28 days ago for the 2nd try. 1st try had tight cervex etc and vet worked with that, AI her and when we took for next ultrasound ,cevix full of fluid and infection. Got that all cleared up and rebred. We were going to take her to the vet today for 28 day heartbeat US. When I went in her stall this morning , she was squatting and squirting out small about of urine every 2 minutes. thought she was aborting so wasn’t going to take her to vet. Vet said bring her anyway. There was a heartbeat to my surprise. Im wondering if you have seen this happen and they stay pregnant or is she in the process of aborting next few days? This happened right after I gave her her 10cc of Regumate. Have you ever heard of Regumate causing , looked like contractions? Thanks for any input.
