Partial tear, at the upper attachment of the long bone.
Anyone have an experience with rehab?
I have no experience - but OW! Hope it goes well.
Did that as a teenager. Hurt like h@$$. Took a few months to get 100% right. I feel your pain for sure. When I tore mine I swear I had broken my hip it hurt so bad.
