I am sorry you did not find the solution you need. It can be so frustrating!
Oh, bummer it didnāt work. My Lipizzanerās skin is so sensitive - he gets rubs easily, and has a forward girth pocket, as well. I was so happy when the Stretch Tec girth worked for him. I got the neoprene, with the fleece cover to use in the winter/cooler months.
Have you looked at Fairfax girths? They have a lot of technology and science behind their products. The computer imaging/feedback for their girth is pretty impressive. If I hadnāt already had success with the Stretch Tec (didnāt know about Fairfax at that time), that would have been one to try. Iāve got their drop noseband - my horse loves it.

This girth has been known to cause many horses a very sore back and sternum. I would be very wary of using this girth.
