Hirtentanz hold the highest duel breeding indexs (dressage/jumping) of any Trakehner stallion in Germany. His frozen semen is excellent with most mares getting pregnant on one insemination. He’s approved for most all the German associations including Holsteiners.
All the Hirtentanz offspring I’ve seen, both in the flesh and online, are improvements on their dams and were very nice movers although bred for jumping. It says a lot that the Holsteiners approved him!
Anyone know if Sandro Hit is thought to be a jump killer? I know until him, Sandro was thought to be a jumper line . Because Sandro Hit is thought to be a dressage stallion, he’s probably been getting dressage mares almost exclusively.

I know we had a thread before on some Sandro Hit sons who are aimed at dressage, but still producing jumper/eventing get.
That would be Soprano (Sandro Hit/Contender) and Schroeder (Sandro Hit/Escudo).
Hirtentanz has a superb dam line as well, both his dam and grand mother are state and verband premium and even more impressive they both have been awarded elite titles, meaning they have either produced 2 appoved sons or have produced 2 Grand Prix offspring.
