Toto Jr offspring

Looking at several nice ones to buy for my own riding horse. Anyone have experience with them? Character under saddle? Saw many of his at KWPN stallion show a few years ago. Most seem to have a great character, level headed but enough energy for sport. Understand that any mare bred to him ( or any stallion) has significant influence. Thanks for all input.

I have a two year old Toto Jr. son. I bought him as a weanling. He looks VERY much like his sire. He is very happy, smart, and thoughtful. He is pretty easy to train. He is more sensible than my 20 year old mare. I would not hesitate to buy another. I can’t speak to under saddle work yet (he IS wearing a saddle and bridle for hand walks), but for most things it was really quick to teach him. He does thirst for knowledge. He has a very chilled out demeanor.

My barn has a coming 3 year old Toto Jr gelding and he has one of the most chilled, take it all in stride personalities we’ve ever seen. He has been super easy about everything, not been actually sat on yet but not a single fuss about saddle/bridle and basic groundwork and lunging. He’s hauled to different places, steps off the trailer and doesn’t bat an eye. Very curious, smart and friendly, not dull by any means, just is like “Oh, ok, cool!” about absolutely everything and we fully expect he will be the exact same way under saddle.
