Wow, you were stuck. I did the same once - misjudged the drop off in my pond and somehow thought scooping the weedy much out with my tractor was a good idea and since the front end was 4’ lower than the hard ground couldn’t use the FEL to push up. I eneded up twitching it out with my truck but learned a lesson.
Glad it had a good ending, and yes you definitely deserve some chocolate/raspberries etc.
What I lack in inborn common sense I make up for in pure out stubbornness and determination.
And I have learned from this experience. I have a ravine I am filling in. No way, no how am I getting my tractor close to it. I will drag mucktubs by hand and dump them in.

HAHAHA!!! I felt like that but was pretty lucky nobody could see me and give me advice. I think that would have resulted in multiple stuck vehicles. But yes I had to go to the shovel.
