Trailer Country LLC in VA?

I’m looking at a trailer at Trailer Country in VA. Has anyone had experience with them? Good, bad, or ugly?

Thanks!

They are selling lots of trailers, and people are driving past other dealers to go to them. After talking with them I know why. I called and spoke with the owner, I was upfront that it wasn’t about buying a trailer just wanted to get his experience on the height of the 2500HD f250 new pickups and incompatibility with older (and new) gooseneck trailers. Wow, amazing knowledge about trucks and trailers ! …and he spent a long time answering my questions and volunteering a tremendous amount of information on trucks and trailers. Knowledgeable and candid. Subsequently Ive found that everything he told me was true…and a new trailer is probably in my future. I will definitely get a quote from him when the time comes, even though is a few hours from my home base. I was very impressed…and I am tough on sales people.

Just saw this post, but I had a wonderful experience buying my trailer from them. I saw a used trailer I liked on their website, and communicated with them for several days via email. I finally went up there on a weekend and looked at both new and used trailers, and ended up with a new one. That being said, they did a terrific job of not pressuring me to pick the (more expensive) new trailer – I felt like I could have picked the (cheaper) used trailer and they would have been just as helpful and nice. When hooking my new trailer up to my truck, there were a few electrical/light issues (problem with my truck, not the trailer) and they willingly spent 2 hours helping me troubleshoot and fix the problems. They also emailed me that night to make sure I got home OK (I was from a few hours away). Super great people, super great experience, and I definitely plan on going back to them when I upgrade my trailer!

They are wonderful!!! I have bought two trailers from them and they sold another one for me. Super nice, thorough, and more.

If I decide to buy another trailer, I will call them first.

Thank you everyone for your responses!

I can echo everyone’s praises even though the trailer I was looking at sold before I could get the paperwork in place. Neysa was so very nice and extremely apologetic, even though she had no reason to be…I certainly had no claim to the trailer yet.

I will be keeping in contact with her as my trailer search continues!

Merry Christmas y’all!
