I heard a couple years ago that there are some mats available for trailers that are all one piece. My trailer is 26 feet long in the horse area. It currently has 3/4 inch rubber mats in it, the rectangular ones, 5 X 7s mostly. But they are getting older, and probably need replacing. The bedding gets under the mats at the joins, and the corners and edges get lifted, which then gets in the way of my partitions swinging open and closed. I would like to take a look at the option of the one piece mats, but do not know the name of this type of mat. They had a maker name. Anybody know about these mats could educate me please? They must be plenty heavy, but I have tractors to handle them off a truck and into the trailer.
Many rubber mat companies will cut to size, whatever size you want.
Here is one such:

We have rumbar floor in ours, that is rubber planks for flooring.
That requires more struts under there than for wood flooring, but no mats and not slick at all.
I can’t imagine how much less frequently I’d clean under my mats if they were all in one piece!
Update, in case anyone is interested… The company I heard of is called C9 Surfacing. They do seamless rubber floors, any size or shape, suitable for equine vet clinics, trailer floors, livestock handling facilities. Apparently. Since there is an outlet near me, I’m going to investigate, go and take a look. The rubber is sealed to the floor. Since my flooring is aluminum, not wood or steel, this seems a good plan. Unfortunately, the cost for a 26 foot horse area in my trailer was quoted at $2000, which is a whole lot more expensive that purchasing 5X7 rubber mats, and gluing them together on the edges, and gluing them (gorilla glue) to the aluminum floor at the outside edges of the floor space. Which is probably what I am going to end up doing, in an attempt to keep the mats from curling at the corners and edges, and getting sawdust UNDER them, so that my partitions can’t swing freely when I want them to.
You could also use the Equicomfort locking green mats that Dreamscape Meadows distributes. They have a surface texture, they are softer and they really stay in place. I have them as stall mats. Pricier than the black mats. Not sure of the cost for your trailer.
I’ll echo Secondincommand…. Removing the mats and washing under them is important to the life of the floor. My Sundowner had a sprayed in plastic coating under the mats from the factory. Even then, the floor corroded. I have since stripped the coating and regularly pull mats.
You won’t be able to completely seal the mats against corrosive urine & juice The trailer flexes too much traveling the roads.
