Trailet New Yorker - Are they still made and where can I find extra parts?

I am considering a used Trailet New Yorker trailer (2 horse bumper pull with dressing room). A quick search is only turning up used via dealer options. Are these trailers still in production? I cannot find manufacturer information. The trailer I am considering is missing a couple of pieces and I would like to purchase/replace extra parts for the missing divider in the horse stall area (separates heads) and an extra saddle rack or two for the dressing room.

Any suggestions would be welcome!

Trail-et is no longer in production. I can’t remember the exact details, but Hawk trailers have a common connection (I think some of the original Trail-et folks started it?) and would likely be your best shot at replacement parts.

I think @grinanride is a Hawk dealer and may be able to provide some guidance.

It’s easy to have saddle racks made that will fit into the system; that’s what I did. The head divider is similarly not complicated and I think any local welding shop should be able to make one for you.

Leather, thank you for the Hawk information. Just based on the quick website check they certainly look like Trailets! I will make a few calls to see what options may exist.

Poltroon - valid suggestion but in the interest of time I would like to avoid custom work. The thought of being able to order, plug in and go is very appealing.

Hawk trailers are a spin-off of Trail-et, by former employees years ago. The factory isn’t far from me, and the trailers are so similar that I’m betting Hawk can help you.

www.hawktrailers.com - parts store on line - BUT for the head divider they can probably help you though it is a bit different and you will have to measure
