Which is exactly why I said in my experience. I quit teaching in 2013, maybe in that time frame the limited therapeutic places in my area have changed.

Please. There is no such thing as “southern style insults”. As someone who was born and raised in the South I find this description insulting, actually.
It sounds to me that this instructor leaves a lot to be desired, and is probably not the best match for you or your daughter. If it were me I would be moving on from this place before your daughter gets injured or gets turned off to riding.
