Was just wondering if anyone could help me locate a trainer at Penn National that is good with 2 year olds…I have three that are being broke and will need to go on…Their Pa. Bred, and Penn National is close to me…kinda be fun to watch the progress instead of having them a million miles away, however, i want someone versed in 2 year olds…and i’m in no hurry to get to the winners circle…just need someone honest!

Not sure if Mike Pappada is accepting outside horses but he is excellent with the youngsters.
Actually, and not to hijack - but if anyone wants to send ME information on people who are good with 2 y.o.s at Penn, I’d love to hear it, too.
Bernie Houghton is the best but it will be hard to get in with him. Pappada is also good, but you’ll have the same problem.
There aren’t a lot of good trainers with 2 year olds at Penn. You are better off sending them down to someone at Maryland especially since there are people who can work better with them at the gate.
Ditto Bernie H but yes, hard to get in to. 
Mike’s wife is still in my barn at MNR - he just went to Penn in the last year or so himself.
