Casually looking for a trainer for an experienced H/J rider that dabbles in online dressage schooling that can polish and move us up in real life. Someone who can teach us basics but recognizes my desire to learn at an accelerated rate and doesn’t mind that my horse is built to go a little down hill and that I ride in a jumping saddle 
Also I won’t ride with someone who’s mantra is ‘pull on the reins and kick.’

Allison Spivey comes down to Glamorgan Manor (Lea Ann Hansen’s farm) to teach once a month. It is in Doswell, VA. She is excellent and has a background including H/J and foxhunting.

Jontelle Forbus came here to Spotsylvania about twice a month as late as last fall. The person who arranged the lessons has had serious health issues so I don’t know if she still does. I took one lesson from her and would have been glad for more but circumstances didn’t work out
I have a nice arena in Spotsy off 208 and would be happy to host trailer ins.
