Are there any shippers that travel the upper interstate routes? I don’t really want my potential new guy going all the way down to Texas, then back up to Seattle. Thank you for any recommendations!
I believe Brookledge has a Chicago area satellite office; perhaps they run that route?
I have used Brookledge from California to their Kentucky hub and I highly recommend them.

They have been Northwest hauling leaders 40+ years
certainly want to get on it to avoid the blazing heat of mid-west summer

I shipped a 2-year-old to Washington several years ago and the western portion of the trip (from Lexington, KY to Washington) was with American Horse Transport. They are based in Washington and did a very good job.

You might contact Kevin at Twin Palms Custom Transport. He is based in northern Calif but does cross country; recently did a haul Michigan to West Coast. Super personalized service.
You might try Lucky Horse Transportation (not sure about the last word). A friend had her horse hauled from Wisconsin to WA and they did a great job.
