Tredstep Donatello sizing!

I’m not sure if I should go for a 39 slim or a 40 x-slim In The Tredstep donatellos… I’m usually a 40, but 39 in ariats. How do you find The sizing? I can’t try them on before buy unfortunately.

And they are pretty true to the size chart. For some reason the dress boot in the same size configuration was a tad roomier than the same field foot.

I ended up going with the 40 slim/tall, but they’re a bit big in the ankles even though I have enough room in the foot. I probably could have done with an x-tra slim too.
