Mirahmadi has great sense of humor. His voice impersonations are hilarious.
Awww, I’ll really miss Trevor (but wish him a great retirement). He’s one of a kind, so elegant & such a beautiful voice.

Well, the tallent is probably out there but the new announcer will need to maybe relocate & get up to speed pretty quickly.
Another one I really like is the Los Alimitos announcer, Ed Burgart. I think he sounds very professional, has a strong, matter-of-fact, neutral voice and is very accurate. He calls both QHs and TBs at Los Al.
SA has already identified the split duty announcers replacing Trevor.
Will sure miss his voice however but sounds like a retirement well deserved 
I like Ed too. Larry Collmus started out Suffolk Downs and has made the rounds of big league tracks. He is a favorite of mine too. I think he sounds like Tom Durkin.
Michael Wrona will be the official Trevor Denman replacement at SA starting with the spring/summer meet starting May 5 (will be finishing up with GGF until then).
Kinda bummed as I liked Frank Mirahmadi slightly better.

Well, I hear you but still a good choice. Perhaps they have a thing for announcers with accents, maybe reminds them of Trevor?

Trevor Denman is my favorite horse racing announcer of all time. In my opinion, I think Trevor should stay and continue to call races from Santa Anita until he’s eighty years old. If I cannot hear Trevor’s call of all the races from Santa Anita, I will go up to the Santa Anita Announcer’s Booth to kill Michael Wrona, or kill any other announcer who is responsible for stealing Trevor’s Santa Anita Announcing Position, and the police have no chance to arrest me and charge me for attempted assault or murder from doing that.
