Valiance was scratched with a fever on Thursday. Now this:
Irad Ortiz Jr. out with injury.

I know not the TC but…
Game effort by Dream Shake in the Woody Stephens.
The favorite, Jackie’s Warrior upset by Drain the Clock in a great stretch duel.
excuse my ignorance, who is showing racing from Belmont these days?
FoxSports
The undercard is on NBCSN and the Belmont will be on NBC.
thanks, I had already checked NBC and NBCSP no racing, so thanks again.
NBCSN won’t start the broadcast until 3:00pm ET, then 2 hours of coverage before the flip to NBC.
I’ve been watching the Belmont undercard on 1stbet. Yes, you have to create an account but I didn’t put any $$ down and still get the Belmont undercard live plus Churchill Downs (waiting for race 9 at CD).
The CDI/NBC/Twinspires vs TVG p*ssing match is more than annoying IMO.
I guess Racetrack Television Network claims to carry “everything” but I’ve read in a few places that they might say they carry all the races for a track but then a big race… not so much. They carry the racetrack feeds so no talking heads if that is a pro or con for you. There is a nominal charge for watching RTN.
Belmont and Churchill cards currently on FoxSports2. Acorn post time in 8 mins.
Our broadcast times are different from yours, fortunately.
Until 3:00pm ET.
Your local FoxSports affiliate may not be choosing to air the Belmont/CD races (until 3:00pm)
This coverage means it will end before Race 9 at CD
NBCSP picked up with the Acorn.
Hi racing forum people. I’m not normally on this section, but I was wondering if you guys know of any way to stream the Belmont in the UK? I’m up all night anyway on foal watch (don’t…ask) and might as well watch the race if I can!
have you tried Belmont website or NYRA? You can try NBC too
looks like we have about another hour to go…
Wow! That was quite the race! Hot Rod Charlie looked like he might hang on, holy cow…watching them match strides down the stretch while pulling away from the rest of the field was sorta reminiscent of Easy Goer v. Sunday Silence. Glad they all came home safe!
Hot Rod Charlie is one gutsy horse. That initial pace was insane, and he still almost held off Essential Quality. What a race!
What a fantastic finish.
I was rooting for Hot Rod Charlie.
He really gutted it out after those blazing fractions the first 1/2 of the race.
It was a far way back to Rombauer in 3rd.
I was also hoping HRC could pull it off, he sure tried hard. But have to admit that EQ is a good horse, and really nice looking.
I was picking Rock Your World who pressed early and then faded. More than impressed with Hot Rod Charlie who was setting pretty decent fractions in the early part of the race and then just didn’t fade but gave Essential Quality a run for his money. These two were the definite class of the field as they crossed the wire 11 lengths in front of Rombauer.
I was a bit surprised at how wide Saez took Essential Quality on that turn for home.
EQ looked good going in and was for sure the one to beat. Was hoping to see Known Agenda a little higher up.
