Hi! It’s probably just my techno-stoopid self, but for some reason I cannot ever seem to log in through the main page. I get a “Username/password is incorrect” error message. When I go to request a new password, it says my email is invalid. However, I am able to go to my gmail account and pull up the original “Action Required” email (proving my email is in fact valid ;)) and use the URL provided to get into my account.
Any thoughts or suggestions why this is?
