I like this part best so far.
" My mom kept telling me she “played tennis last week.” I would argue with her that it had been 20 years, and that would make her so mad. Then we found out it was Alzheimer’s. Here is Trump insisting he was on Oprah “last Thursday.” The show ended in 2011. It’s Alzheimer’s."

Gosh I had a flashback to my grade school days… I double dog dare you, no I dare you with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Not sure why we are being dared to listen, might we change our minds and vote for stinky because of this “unedited and unscripted” babble?

Uhhh…I don’t think this proves the point the OP was trying to make that she thought it did :joy::woman_shrugging::woman_facepalming:.

I accidentally caught a few minutes of his “performance” from Madison Square Garden when the TV news channel I had on in the background started showing it. That was enough to last me a lifetime and then some.

It is absolutely inexplicable to me how anybody can even think of voting for this person. Particularly at this point in his very obvious decline.

Plus it’s interesting how Trump seems to mostly make appearances on the shows of people who have been kicked off of the mainstream airwaves for one reason or another. Rogan, Carlson, etc., etc.

But he won’t go near 60 Minutes. Or CNN. Or any other place where they might actually call him out on all his whopping lies. Oh, no.

Also, let’s think for a minute about Trump’s appearance at Madison Square Garden just a week or so before election day.

Trump has no absolutely chance of winning New York State. None. Nada. Zilch.

In New York, where people actually know about Trump from his lifetime of malfeasance and terrible business practices there, he has been thoroughly trounced in the previous elections.

So why was he wasting the time and the money and energy to throw one of his little pep rallies at Madison Square Garden? Instead of using those resources in, you know, maybe a swing state that might actually make a difference in the upcoming election?

Obviously, it was strictly to appease his own ego. There was no other reason to do it.

But for Trump, stroking his own ego is the only reason he needs. For anything. Regardless of the cost or the strategy or the bad judgment involved.

Does that sound like someone who should be in charge of making decisions that will affect the economy of the whole country? Or political policy? Or the deployment of troops?

No. No, it does not.

At one point he admits he lost the election…

If Biden had talked anywhere like Trump, the right would have demanded him being put on a hold in a memory care unit. The hypocrisy of the right and the media is very revealing. Harris has to layout a detailed plan of her policies but trump just has to show up and sit in a chair without falling over and he’s their man. He’s only got a concept of a plan or something he was going to reveal “in two weeks” years ago.

Thanks for showing more examples of the hypocrisy @TXnGA! It was very enlightening!

For all the conspiracy theories and never trumpers on why I dared yall to listen. How many of us have taken the time out to listen to Kamala’s interviews that have occurred over the last 2 months. It was a simple ask of just listen to Trump

The difference between you and I is I listened to what Kamala had to say- not much- but I still
Listened. Yall can’t even listen to an unedited and unscripted Trump interview.

It is just one more example of how your emotions have gotten the better of you. It is very much like what @Bogey2 posted and that being from a non Trump supporter.

I’m not saying this interview could have or would have changed your mind about Trump-
But as I listened to Kamala’s interviews ( so many) I asked you to Listen to Trumps.

Seriously the TDS in this forum is alive and well.

Maybe if Trump ever said anything different from all the other horrible things he has said countless times in the past, it might be worth the effort.

He’s gotten to the point now where even his own fans walk out of his rallies because he is just repeating the same old garbage. Or even worse.

Again, Kamala has nothing new to say, but I still
Listened to her interviews . You can’t even do that?

Ummm…several of us did listen to it. And stated that. But this doesn’t show what you think it does….we have a difference of opinion on what we watched….

Did you even bother to read the responses? :joy::woman_shrugging::woman_facepalming: Before you went on your TDS rant? Yes TDS is alive and well it is coming from the right…very clearly some in this nation do not live or operate in reality (g).

Nothing new to say?!?

Harris has only been a presidential candidate for about three months. How do you figure she has exhausted every possible thing to say in that amount of time in her role as a presidential candidate??

Unlike Trump, who has been spouting the same offensive gibberish for close to a decade by this time.

I’m also not one to elect someone found civilly liable of sexual assault to any sort of office. Or claiming they can grab women by the privates, or walk into the dressing rooms of MINORS just because you own the place. Or a 34 time felon. Or leading an insurrection. Or wanting to terminate the Constitution. Or be a dictator for even “ one day”. Or sell classified documents to our enemies. Or make fun of and denigrate the mentally handicapped or those who lead our military. I could go on… Pretty much nothing he says can take that stain off of his character. That’s not TDS. That’s called having a bar, and some qualifications (and disqualifications) for how someone should conduct themselves if they expect to be elected to become the President of the United States :woman_shrugging: Not like, being unhappy with the way someone’s laugh sounds, for example. :joy::woman_facepalming:

Any ONE of the above would be enough for me to not cast my vote for someone. Put together, well, need I say more? He’s completely disqualified himself through his many many many awful actions and own words showing his poor character and decision making abilities.

“TDS” is a thought-terminating cliche. It’s lazy.

Oh I totally believe there is TDS in this country. Because I have no other way to explain his cult. They don’t make sense to me. Their thought processes and what they feel is presidential material is so far off from what I think…that it just doesn’t make sense to me why anyone would vote for him.

It’s really wild how they don’t see it!

I’ve also noticed the ones who accuse critics of “TDS” rarely, if ever, have good defenses of his policy. It’s always just whining about how “the left hates him” and “liberals are so mean.” :joy:
