Well - you have to go to Aachen, Germany, to the European Championships, stroll through the tradestands until you find their stall and then select one of their wonderful choices. On the way you can see a Hermes saddle being handmade, and other gorgeous stuff. I have the D ring plastic straight bar. Best bit ever, but I think there are less expensive ways.

Great bits. I just discovered them a couple months ago and have one. Absolutely love them. I am not located in the USA so I can’t assist you there, but good luck on your search and hopefully you can get your hands on one.
