Trying to send private message and I get this.........

Now, I have NO folders.
I’ve deleted ALL of my sent messages.
I have NO messages in my inbox.

WTH???

Would like to send a message but can’t even after deleting everything I had.

Have you deleted all of them, including those in the trash?
If I remember well, you have to delete page by page, the “All” tab doesn’t delete them from all pages.

Maybe Simkie will know what else to do, she gets around this best.
If not, Monday the Moderator can help.
I think maybe they can delete them for you.

@VirginiaBred According to your PM statistics, you have 332 messages in your Trash folder. Please click on that folder to open it, and then you should be able to delete the messages it contains.

I went to my message center (just saw your message at 8:42pm) and I can’t see a thing. Nothing there.

@VirginiaBred Did you click on the Trash folder to open it? When you visit your message center and see the list of folders (Inbox, Sent Items, Trash…and any other you may have created) there will only be a number listed after the name of the folder if it contains unread items.

Your Trash folder likely only contains messages that you’ve read, so there probably wouldn’t be a number after the name of the folder. Once you click on the name of the folder, it will open the Trash folder so you can see the contents.

You can then permanently delete the contents a page at a time by clicking the option to select all and then delete.

Please let me know if that doesn’t appear to be the issue.
