Tucci boots

Sigh… anyone know of other Tack Stores selling Tucci Harley boots besides Farm House?

I was trying to bid on a pair in my size on Ebay…and the seller just completely ignored my offers. I called Farm House and they had sold the only pair of Sofias (which wasn’t my first choice for style and for $1100, I think I’d prefer the style I want) in my size and didn’t have a timeline on new ones… and my husband decided, out of the absolute kindness of his heart to just outright BUY the boots… and the stupid seller CANCELED his purchase 24-48 hours after he did Buy It Now and paid.

Gets better…they had the nerve to reach out and write to me (not him who actually PURCHASED as Buy It Now) and tell me that they’re probably keeping them for herself and that Ebay charges too many fees, yada yada yada. THEN had the nerve to recommend a consignment store option… which, spoiler alert: DOES NOT HAVE THEM. You know who does have them? A local tack store near her location with a price tag of $200+ more than they were listed on Ebay. Coincedance? I think not. I’m not keen to give this person my money after such a craptacular transaction and I’m pretty sure that violates a good number of Ebay T’s and C’s to claim it was “damaged or out of stock”, when you still have the item. I’m assuming they reached out to me because I put in offers and also messaged asking what they would take as an offer, but still… how about an apology for my husband, or YA KNOW… send him the product that he BOUGHT? But I digress…

So now my husband is furious and that sucks because he was just trying to do a nice thing for me.

Farm House doesn’t even sell Tucci harleys off the rack unless it’s special offer… and I’m scrambling to figure something out before next week. Customs are an option, but we’re 8-10 weeks out for most of those and I do fit off the rack pretty well, so it’s not a necessity.

Anyone have any suggestions? My Fabbri boots are starting to show their age and I was hoping to be breaking in new ones during summer circuit. Before anyone throws it out there… Ego 7’s weren’t a good match and Deniros aren’t my favorite. So it’s Fabbri or Tucci that I’m primarily leaning towards… and given my short shelf life with the current Fabbri’s, I figured I’d try Tucci’s to see if I have better luck.

Luxe Eq - based out of TX but have a great online shop and she’s at most of the major shows.

Not sure where your location, but she usually sets up in Aiken, KY, MI, and Ocala through the Summer.

Megan is the BEST.

Nice. Will definitely check in with her.

Any other options are also welcomed… as it’s crunch time and I’m dealing with a husband who is so over horse people after this debacle.

Looks like Redpost has quite a few options in stock (not “special order”) and they offer shipping to the US via DHL. you’d have to try out the cart to see what the shipping cost would be but current going price seems to be a solid $400 or more less than Farm House after exchange rate. You would save on VAT, too, which may offset pricey international shipping completely.

My husband bought his at a little store on the show grounds at Tryon.

Malvern Saddlery usually has a good selection in stock I think!

Seconding Malvern Saddlery! Jill will get you set up with the right size and she should have plenty in stock since I believe they ran a promotion during Devon.
