Two Horse Tack Frustrations

Okay I just need to vent… maybe see if anyone has some insight.

I ordered a simple English bridle and breastplate to start my experience with beta biothane tack. Got rush shipping.

placed my order on Feb 24th, got the receipt that night and the money showed taken out of my account on the 27th.

fast forward to the 4th of march. I order a pair of reins separately, got all that taken care of.

fast forward to today. I got my reins, but no sign of the rest of the tack. I had gotten a shipping notification I assumed was for the main first tack order. But was really for the reins.

I have no idea where th3 other tack is. And no emails saying there were any issues. The website says allow for 3 to 6 days for orders when rushed… well its been 15 days and nothing.

has anyone had this experience with them? I can’t really find much review wise on them. So far there has been no response to me trying to contact them, email was sent at 11 today and I have tried to call a few times.

I am nervous I’ll end up with one of those on line shopping horror stories.

I’ve ordered from Two Horse before and everything went smoothly, so I would contact them and just ask what happened.

I have contacted them, and so far I have had no response at all. I had been trying from 11 this afternoon till about 5.

I had always heard there customer service is good.

I tried to contact them via email about a week or so ago as I was interested in ordering a driving bridle from them and never heard back.
I hope that you get your problem resolved and if you don’t, you keep us posted because I definitely won’t purchase what I wanted from them if they prove to be difficult. I really liked the bridle, too.

I had trouble with them before- ordered something that I needed for a specific event giving a couple weeks of time but did the rush service anyway. Nothing showed up when it was supposed to, then it took forever to get ahold of them. Had to get a good bit pushy to get my stuff and then when I did finally get it, the order was wrong and the quality was crappy. I ended up getting most of my money refunded. Definitely won’t use them again.

well i heard back from them finally last night. For some reason there was an issue with shipping to my physical address. I had ordered the reins off my phone and used paypal since i had forgot my card at home. They said that they would ship the rest of the tack out today to my PO box. They did apologize for not contacting me on the 1st when they tried to ship it the first time
