UK end of Season hunter sale

According to Horse & Hound, a sale of performance horses at Malvern will include end-of-season hunters, currently hunt staff horses and those belonging to members of three hunts. This is to ‘rejuvenate’ a ‘niche market’ that used to happen in Leicester. Prices are expected to range between £2,000 - 7,000 which seems cheap enough. Add on the $10K to import to the USA… Just thought I would tell you all.

Darn it, a friend of mine just went to the UK to visit her daughter but my friend is not a horsey person. Her daughter used to ride though and I wonder if I could get her to go check out horses for me. Would be great.

The results online suggest that the vendors must have been disappointed. The most expensive horse (Irish by his name) cost £5.5 K and many were sold for a few hundred or remained ‘unsold’.
