Why would a post be “unapproved”??? I just tried posting in SHB and had included a pedigree link from www.allbreedpedigreequery.com
Yep, that website keeps being “unapproved” by the spam filters.
The ones monitoring those will clear it for you when they get to that, so your post will show up later.

maybe the site which you have mentioned requires a moderator to approve your post and it was not active for a moment, so be patience and wait for some one to approve it, or if you have their email, mail them with regard to your query.
